MeetingCaddy Privacy Policy

The MeetingCaddy application ("software") is developed, produced and maintained by Ancient Wisdom LLC ("we").

1. We capture the user's email address to track licensing.
2. We reserve the right to contact the user via email for support cases and product update notifications.
3. We will NOT share user's email address with any other company.
4. We capture the following metadata at the end of every meeting -
   • Meeting service provider - zoom, teams, meet, etc
   • Number of times Mute/Unmute button used
   • Number of times Video disabled/enabled
   • Number of times Meeting Focus button used
   • Number of screenshots taken
   • number of times hotkeys used
   • Length of the meeting
   • Version of MeetingCaddy
5. We do NOT capture meeting identifier or upload any of the screenshots to our backend.
6. When exiting the meeting, if errors are detected, the user is prompted to save debug/log data into a zip file. This will have some computer and user-specific information, but is not uploaded into the MeetingCaddy backend.
